Install Adobe Flash Player 11.7.700.169 on all the computers in your network via group policies. The notes are written for the activeX  installation (for internet explorer) but will also work with the plugin version. You can use the same .mst file for both .msi files if you wish.

Adobe Flash Player 11 Files

Adobe does not allow direct linking to the files you need to install Adobe Flash Player; you need to sign up for a Adobe distribution license to properly obtain the files (for free). You can apply for a license here: http://www.adobe.com/products/players/fpsh_distribution3.html

However, do a google search for "adobe reader offline MSI" and u'll get this page with links to the latest MSI and exe (plug-in) files: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html

You will need to download up to 4 files depending on your environment - install_flash_player_11_active_x_32bit.msi, install_flash_player_11_active_x_64bit.msi, install_flash_player_11_plugin_32bit.msi, install_flash_player_11_plugin_64bit.msi

Customise Adobe Flash Player 11

At time of writing the latest version of Adobe Flash player is 11.7.700.169

Open the install_flash_player_11_active_x_32bit.msi file with Orca.

Make the following changes to the property table:

1. ISCHECKFORPRODUCTUPDATES = 0 - this prevents the install of Adobe Flash Player from checking for update.
2. AgreeToLicense = YES - this prevents the install of Adobe Flash Player from displaying the EULA.

Save the .mst file in the same folder as the install_flash_player_11_active_x_32bit.msi file(s).

Install Adobe Flash Player 11

Copy the install_flash_player_11_active_x_32bit.msi and similar , and the .mst to your msi deployment share, and add the msi (don't forget to add the mst too!) to the software deployment GPO.

Test Adobe Flash Player 11

You can test your install of Adobe Flash Player by opening Internet Explorer to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/. This page will tell you what version is installed, and what is the latest version.
